I did connect the trigger wire from the ecu to ground which brought the relay on and gave me an output to the glow plugs , it's a solid i fail to see why you think a faulty glowplug relay would prevent the car from reving beyond 3000 rpm and bring on the eml.

.glow plug fuse blows (60a) not on start on journey home , i changed the plugs 2 months ago,the relay seems to be working, at the moment i start with a fuse in then remove the fuse.

Does anyone have the wiring diagram for these and the relay/timer location? I dont think glow plug relay is causing non start. The glow plug relay is a simple automotive type relay similar to that which is used for starter motors. Here ya go corvairwild i found it.

See if you can ground out that terminal with the blue wire and your relay should go click click.
